Refund policy

Returns:

Our return policy spans 30 days from your purchase date. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we can no longer offer a refund and/or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is necessary to complete a return.

To return a product, just simply contact us at info@shamrockhome.com, and we'll provide your return label.

Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the product is not defective.

Exchanges:

We only replace defective and/or damaged items. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@shamrockhome.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Delivery times for exchanged products vary based on your location.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notifying you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed right away and will be credited back to your account within 5-10 business days (depending on the payment method used).

Partial Refunds:

In specific cases, partial refunds may be granted if an item is not in its original condition, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, damaged or if it's returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund, we suggest checking your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company; there may be processing time. After doing the prior actions, contact your bank to raise your concern. Sometimes, it takes some days to post the refund to an account. If the issue persists, contact us at info@shamrockhome.com.
